2. Eligibility

Schedule free classes for yourself; or
Enter into any binding agreement with Shackelford's MMA.

If a participant is under the age of eighteen (18), a parent or legal guardian must:

Submit the required information;
Execute all waivers and agreements;
Accept these Terms on the minor's behalf;
Be legally responsible for the minor's participation.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel registrations, or terminate accounts that do not comply with these eligibility requirements.

3. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices.

Updated Terms become effective upon posting unless otherwise stated.

Your continued use of our websites or services after revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

5. Accounts and Member Portal

Certain services may require you to create an account through our membership management platform or related services.

You agree to:

6. Free Class Pass and Scheduling

The FREE class pass lets you try an introductory class at no cost and with no obligation to purchase a membership. Submitting a request does not confirm a class time; our team will contact you to arrange your visit.

Our websites and member platforms may allow users to:

Schedule introductory classes;
Reserve class times;
Book private lessons;
Register for seminars or events;
Schedule consultations.

Appointment availability is not guaranteed until confirmed.

We reserve the right to:

Modify schedules;
Cancel appointments;
Reschedule instructors;
Limit reservations;
Refuse bookings when appropriate.

7. Facility Rules and Participation

Participants must follow instructor directions and facility safety rules, treat instructors and other students respectfully, and complete any required participation waivers before training.

Martial arts involves physical activity and inherent risks. Inform your instructor of any health concerns or injuries that may affect your participation and stop training if you feel unsafe or unwell.

8. Mobile Applications

Members may access certain services through mobile applications provided by or integrated with our membership platform.

Features may include:

Class reservations;
Membership management;
Notifications;
Account management.

Your use of third-party applications may also be governed by the terms and privacy policies of those application providers.

We are not responsible for outages, interruptions, or technical issues caused by third-party platforms beyond our reasonable control.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content made available through our websites, mobile applications, online platforms, marketing materials, and services is owned by or licensed to Shackelford's Mixed Martial Arts Center Inc.
