1. Introduction
These Online Membership & Digital Subscription Terms ("Subscription Terms") govern access to and use of the online memberships, digital subscriptions, instructional content, online communities, mobile applications, websites, downloadable resources, and other digital products offered by Shackelford's Mixed Martial Arts Center Inc. ("Shackelford's MMA," "we," "our," or "us").
These Subscription Terms are incorporated into and should be read together with our:

By purchasing or accessing an online membership or digital subscription, you agree to these Subscription Terms.
2. Eligibility

If access is provided to a minor, the subscription must be purchased and managed by the minor's parent or legal guardian.
The parent or legal guardian accepts responsibility for the minor's use of the platform and compliance with these Subscription Terms.
